We're offering free, weekly taster sessions from 24th June at Parc Bryn Bach!
Each taster session is split into age categories and includes:
An hour's free session between 16.30 and 17.30

All equipment will be provided
These sessions are suitable for beginners and are for children aged 5- 8 and 9 - 14 years.

Test out your skills on our outdoor climbing wall and man-made cave this summer at Parc Bryn Bach!

Archery tag combines all the fun of paintball (without the paint!), dodgeball and archery as participants endeavour to shoot their opponents targets in a fast-paced game of agility and archery.

Come and join Blaenau Gwent Council’s Biodiversity Officer for some fun, nature related activities at Parc Bryn Bach this summer!
For this session we will be going on a Bug Hunt around the park, followed by some fun craft activities.

Hospice of the Valleys with support from Parc Bryn Bach Running Club are excited to bring you the new Damian Williams 10k for seniors and 2k junior run, to honour a true gentleman in our local and running community.
Set in the scenic grounds of Parc Bryn Bach this great event takes full advantage of this beautiful setting.
Whether you’re an advanced runner, enjoying park run life, social running or want to set yourself a challenge, aged over 17, then the Senior 10k is for you.
